Stir Fry

Measure with your heart, not a measuring cup.

  • 3 carrots, peeled & cut in quarters

  • 2 broccoli crowns

  • Half a bag of frozen corn

  • 90 second rice & quinoa blend

  • Tahini

  • Coco Aminos


Steam your carrots & broccoli together using a little bit of water, salt, and pepper. Make sure to keep stirring and keep covered in between.

Heat rice/quinoa pouch in a saucepan with water. Once it is heated- mix in coco aminos until all rice is covered.

Add in the tahini.

Add in the frozen corn and keep stirring.

Once veggies are cooked, add everything together in a bowl!

Voila, perfect lunch meal, or a Meatless Monday Dinner option.
